Burn Camp Ride

Tuesday August 18th is the annual Hal’s Harley Davidson Ride to Burn Camp.  The ride will leave promptly at 6pm.  Be at Hal’s (1925 S Moorland Rd New Berlin, WI 53151 (262) 860-2060) by at least 5:45 to sign waiver forms and pay the $10 per bike cost ( a raffle ticket is included with the cost).

This is a police escorted ride and is always a great time for the kids at the camp.  If you have a trike or sidecar, and would like to give some of the kids a ride around the grounds, please come with us.  It is a special treat for them.

It would be great to get over 200 bikes this year.  We’ve come close.

Thanks, see you there.

Terry

September 12th
Rustic Road Patch Ride

Arrive at no later than 9:00.  We will be leaving at 9:15.
Park and Ride Hwy 164 and I43 south of Waukesha .
We will eat lunch at Culvers in Burlington about 11:30.
We should finish about 3:30.

Contact Dennis Long @ 262-264-0705  or
Terry Hughes will be leading the ride and ordering patches.

Everyone is welcome to come.  The premise of the ride is to easily obtain a WI Rustic Road Patch by riding 10 Rustic Roads and having your picture taken by each numbered road sign with a motorcycle in the picture.  A couple of the roads have areas that have quite a bit of traffic, so depending on the number of bikes, we may have to have more than one group.

Note: These are the same roads that I covered the other times we did this, so if you already have a WI Rustic Road Patch because of these roads, you would not be receiving another one.  They are also included if you are trying to get a 25 WI Rustic Roads Certificate.
